Using the 12m megapixel camera, the Chefmate tracks the users hands allowing navigation of the recipe possible without contact. This allows to move forward or backward in the recipe without getting oil, salt, debris, etc on the Device. No more knuckle scrolling on your tiny phone screen, Hooray!
So, where do the recipes come from?
Chefmate uses a process called "Data Scraping." This means an algorithm scans the web, grabs the necessary data from free recipe websites, only keeps essential parts of the recipe while discarding the spam, then formats the recipe for the device
