Overview:

This water bottle is designed for campers and daily use, featuring a solar-powered charging system and a UV-C LED for on-the-go water disinfection, ensuring clean, safe drinking water anytime, anywhere.

Goals:

Iodine free purification: Enable movement without using hands.

Modern Design: Similar but unuqie to popular water bottle brands

Battery Life: Can provide 50 cycles before needing recharge.

Off Grid Charging: Ability to charge without access to a wall outlet for outdoors.

High quality materials: Can withstand a 10 foot drop without indentation

Target Audience:

Primarily for people who go on long outdoors expeditions. Additionally for the average person.

Significance:

Provides an alternative to iodine tablets and water boiling.

Our water bottles are gross.

The average reusable water bottle contains 40,000 more microbes than a toilet seat. The moist environment promotes bacteria growth and mold, which are the primary reason for the smelly water bottles.

So how do we disinfect our bottles?

All unfiltered water will have small amounts of bacteria, especially when pulling from natural sources such as lakes or rivers. Campers use something called "Iodine Tablets" that dissolve in the water and kill all bacteria and ecoli.
